TOPIC: I WILL NOT REST MY CASE ON MY ENEMY ARGUEMENT

Scripture Memory Verse

> "Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me."
— Psalm 35:1

Life is one giant courtroom.

Every day, somebody is presenting evidence against somebody.

Your landlord says, "No money, no tenancy."

Your doctor says, "The report doesn't look good."

Your boss says, "Promotion postponed."

Your village people have been holding emergency meetings so long that if they charged attendance fees, they'd be richer than billionaires!

And just when everyone thinks your matter has ended, some believers quietly fold their hands and whisper...

"Well... I rest my case."

Wrong courtroom!

Some Christians surrender faster than a football team already losing 5–0 in the first half.

The devil has barely cleared his throat, and they have already packed their Bible, folded their prayer shawl, and begun announcing, "Maybe God said no."

Who told you the Judge has spoken?

The prosecution has talked. Your enemies have talked. Your relatives have talked. WhatsApp analysts have talked. Facebook prophets have talked. Even your neighbours who have never succeeded at anything have become consultants on your destiny!

Yet Heaven has not delivered judgment.

So why are you behaving like the case has closed?

DON'T LET THE DEVIL BE THE ONLY LAWYER TALKING

The devil's full-time profession is accusation.

He doesn't apply for leave.

He doesn't retire.

He doesn't observe public holidays.

> "...for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night."
— Revelation 12:10

Day and night!

While you are sleeping, he is filing fresh petitions.

Meanwhile, many believers pray one five-minute prayer and announce,

"Lord, You know my heart."

Of course He knows your heart.

But Heaven also expects your voice.

If the accuser is still talking...

Why have you become spiritually mute?

DON'T ALLOW CIRCUMSTANCES TO BECOME YOUR JUDGE

Circumstances are terrible judges.

They specialize in premature conclusions.

Sarah's womb shouted,

"Impossible!"

Abraham's body agreed,

"Expired!"

Medical science stamped,

"No hope."

But God looked at all the evidence and smiled.

"I overrule."

> "Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed..."
— Romans 4:18

Never allow temporary evidence to become permanent judgment.

Just because the weather forecast says rain doesn't mean God cannot part the clouds.

DON'T ALLOW HUMAN POLICIES TO CANCEL DIVINE PURPOSE

Daniel received an official government circular.

NO PRAYER FOR THIRTY DAYS.

Most people would have organized a committee to discuss whether silent prayer counted.

Daniel simply opened the windows.

He prayed as usual.

The government concluded,

"Lions will finish him."

God concluded,

"Not today."

Even the lions spent the night observing compulsory fasting.

DON'T LET YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE DETERMINE YOUR DESTINY

Some bank accounts are so quiet that even the SMS alert has forgotten the owner's phone number.

The account balance resembles the wilderness after forty years.

Yet God has never checked anybody's balance before performing a miracle.

Elijah didn't survive because of savings.

He survived because Heaven had logistics.

Ravens became food delivery agents.

A widow became an unexpected financier.

God specializes in funding assignments that your wallet cannot explain.

SATAN LOVES EARLY SURRENDER

The enemy celebrates whenever believers surrender before Heaven speaks.

He whispers,

"Your age is against you."

"You've missed your opportunity."

"Others are ahead."

"Nothing good can happen again."

If Noah had listened to public opinion, there would have been no ark.

If David had listened to Goliath, Israel would still be looking for a volunteer.

If Bartimaeus had listened to the crowd, he would have remained blind.

Never let the spectators write the final chapter of your life.

Only the Author has that right.

SPIRITUAL LEGAL STRATEGY

1. Keep Presenting Your Case in Prayer

> "Through God we shall do valiantly..."
— Psalm 60:12

Prayer is not bothering God.

It is presenting your legal argument before the righteous Judge.

2. Defend Your Divine Allocation

> "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee..."
— Job 22:28

Faith does not keep quiet while darkness negotiates.

3. Protect What God Has Given You

> "Hold fast that which thou hast, that no man take thy crown."
— Revelation 3:11

What prayer obtains, prayer must preserve.

BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW

Every believer carries dual citizenship:

A citizen of earth...

And an ambassador of Heaven.

Our courtroom is different.

God is the Righteous Judge.

Jesus Christ is our Advocate.

The Holy Spirit is our Divine Witness.

The Word of God is our Constitution.

The Blood of Jesus is our Irrefutable Evidence.

Prayer is our Official Submission.

Faith is our Legal Confidence.

So don't retire from praying because the case looks difficult.

Many of God's greatest victories happened after people said,

"It's over."

Remember...

The stone had already been rolled over Lazarus' grave before Jesus spoke.

Heaven is never intimidated by closed cases.

DECLARATION OF FAITH

I refuse to surrender my destiny to public opinion.

I reject every premature verdict over my life.

I shall not rest my case until Heaven has spoken.

Every accusation of the enemy is overturned.

Every unfavorable evidence is cancelled by divine mercy.

The Judge of all the earth shall arise and rule in my favor.

My testimony shall silence every opposition.

In Jesus' Mighty Name.
